The guild is based on an ambitious atmosphere, where members work together to create a helpful, respectful and fun environment.\r\n\r\nWe schedule raids at 7:00 PM CST and ending at 10 PM CST, Tue. and Wed. and expect members to maintain 80% raid attendance. Make it count. \r\n\r\nAn officer will be in contact with you (or respond to your post) within two days after you have submitted your app.\r\n\r\nBecause Core is a WoD raiding guild, we do not accept initiates lower than level 100.\r\n\r\nCore requires a raider to have Ventrilo and the mods: Omen/Diamond Threat Meter as well as Deadly Boss Mods/BigWigs. Core requires a raider to use appropriate pots/flasks/elixirs while raiding (food is provided) and the use of the appropriate enchants/gems on raiding gear. If you cannot install and/or use these minimum requirements, please do not apply.\r\n\r\nTo be ready to raid with Core, applicants will have:\r\n-- Ability to be prepared for fights. I had to take a break from the game due to unfortunate circumstances and, apon return, the guild had died. \r\n-- Current guild: N/A\r\n-- What are you looking for in a guild?: A community that knows when to be serious and when not to. I\'m fine with slow progress during raids as long as everyone is giving it 100% and taking the encounters seriously but I don\'t want to be expected to devote all of my free time towards the game 7-days a week. \r\n-- Why do you want to join Core and what do you expect from us?: It fits my desire for a raiding guild. From what I can gather, Core strives to be the best they can be and not necessarily the best in the world. I consider myself a good player but not the greatest thing to ever happen in the history of video-games.\r\n-- What value-add will you provide to Core and to Core\'s raid team?: I have experience (albeit somewhat dated) in raid progression acting as my guilds main tank during Heroic ICC and understand the time investment progression raiding requires. If so, please list the character name of your friend: N/A\r\n\r\nCOMMENTS\r\n-- Feel free to tell us about yourself and add any additional comments relevant to your application (personality, gaming style, interests, etc.): \r\n\r\nWoW experience and information: The majority of my raiding experience comes from the day of Wrath of The Lich King where I acted as the main tank for several guilds and progressed through Heroic ICC (9/12) before I needed to step away from WoW for some time. After I returned the guild I have been with during that time had died off and with it went my motivation to play. I came back with raiding intent briefly during the launch of WoD but by schedule did not permit me to hold a continuous raid spot. \r\n\r\nI intend to focus primarily on my Shaman for Legion with Elemental and Enhancement being equal in enjoyment for me to play. I intend to keep up with information about each class and do my best to keep both specs up to date with gear and enchantment so as to switch to best fit the need of the guild but can focus the majority of my attention on either if range/melee is in more demand. I enjoy restoration and will practice with it, but healing has never been my forte. Along with my Shaman I intend to do my best to gear my primary alt, a Guardian Druid. I greatly enjoy tanking and will be more than happy to occasionally fill a tanking spot should it be needed, however the Shaman is my primary concern and is the class/roll I am applying for. I have a plethora of other alts that I enjoy playing including Warrior (all specs), Disc Priest and mage and can attempt to gear them as needed by the guild. \r\n\r\nPersonal information: I am currently a senior in college and will be working part-time during the week. This schedule will not interfere with the set raid-times you have listed (Tuesday/Wednesday night) but I can\'t promise my availability on short notice outside of those days. That does NOT mean I won\'t have time to appropriately prepare myself for these raids, It will just be done at a more spontaneous time. \r\n\r\nI\'m not the most social person out their. I have a working mic and vent but will most likely not speak unless I have something important to contribute. Likewise, it\'s not overly common to find me engaging in conversation through guild chat. I\'m sure you\'re all lovely people I\'m not just very talkative.
