Hi!

Some of you may be able to help diagnose this better, but... I have a feeling my video card is dying. Here is an album of the things I am currently dealing with.

It's a few years old (4 ish) NVidia PNY GTX 260

It looks like it's overheating, or the PSU isn't strong enough. Cleaned it out recently?
