Thank you for your interest in Core. Core is a progressive raiding guild on World of Warcraft\'s realm of Greymane. The guild is based on an ambitious atmosphere, where members work together to create a helpful, respectful and fun environment.\r\n\r\nWe schedule raids at 7:30 PM CST (assembly begins at 7:00 PM CST) and ending at 11 PM CST, Mon, Tue. and Wed. and expect members to maintain 80% (average 2.5 nights a week) raid attendance. If you can\'t commit to our schedule or attendance requirements, please do not apply for a raider position. \r\n\r\nWe appreciate the time you take to fill out the application. Please fill it out completely and honestly. Applications that are incomplete, that contain inconsistent information or are sloppy mean that you do not take the application seriously. Make it count. \r\n\r\nAn officer will be in contact with you (or respond to your post) within two days after you have submitted your app.\r\n\r\nBecause Core is a MoP raiding guild, we do not accept initiates lower than level 90.\r\n\r\nCore requires a raider to have Ventrilo and the mods: Omen/Diamond Threat Meter as well as Deadly Boss Mods/BigWigs. Core requires a raider to use appropriate pots/flasks/elixirs while raiding (food is provided) and the use of the appropriate enchants/gems on raiding gear. If you cannot install and/or use these minimum requirements, please do not apply.\r\n\r\nTo be ready to raid with Core, applicants will have:\r\n-- Ability to be prepared for fights. I raided with them through Heroic ToT and left after the end of the tier because they raided 4 days a week. I played casually through the last tier of MoP with my wife mostly trying new alts. \r\n\r\nPrevious Raiding Experience: \r\nWoD No raids in last 7 weeks (guild was falling apart)\r\nBRF 7/10 H\r\nHM 2/7 M\r\n\r\nMoP\r\nSoO I didn’t do any of this when it mattered. I was mostly casual this tier. Switched to my monk Late MOP\r\nToT 13/13 on my Druid Here’s his armory (I think he is still rocking most of that gear)\r\nhttp://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/turalyon/Spaztikcat/simple\r\nMV 5/6 heroic when relevant on druid\r\nHOF TES Full normal clears when relevant on druid\r\n\r\nCata\r\nFirst Tier in 25 man: US 291 Nefarian kill, and a US 232 Heroic Omnotron Kill\r\nOther heroics in BD The rest of that tier normal \r\nFirelands and DS: 25 man guild folded so I played casually.\r\n\r\nWotlk: \r\nOn druid as resto and feral I got undying when it was difficult to get and starcaller when it was easier. I did many achievements and HM’s in ICC both 25 and 10\r\n\r\nBC:\r\nI was mostly a casual player though I did do kara and some SSC\r\n\r\n\r\nVanilla:\r\nDid not play the game.\r\n\r\n\r\n-- Current guild: \r\n Unguilded though it may still show up as Stardust on my armory for a little bit. I stepped down as raider a 7 weeks ago but only recently decided to look for a new guild/raid team.\r\n\r\n-- What are you looking for in a guild?:\r\nI look to a guild to provide a regular raid with experienced leaders, fair rules and a respectful environment. I flourish when raiders are encouraged to consistently improve their play and directives for improvement are clear, specific and focused. \r\n\r\n-- Why do you want to join Core and what do you expect from us?:\r\n\r\nIt seems like you have a strong leadership there is an alignment in our expectations of raiders and members. An opportunity to see if we’d be a good fit? (not really sure what the last part of this question is asking.)\r\n\r\n-- What value-add will you provide to Core and to Core\'s raid team?:\r\nI am a dedicated raider who will have near 100% attendance. I work to minimize downtime between pulls and arrive early for raid every night. I am a competitive WW with high situational awareness and I reflect on my performance after every attempt. I have tanked hard mode progression content on several styles of tank and communicate well. I can often tell you why I died. My wife and I have two cats named after Claudia Black characters (Vala and Aeryn) so you can say I watched a lot of the Sci-Fi Channel. I really love Civ V but hated Beyond Earth for some reason.
