Thank you for your interest in Core. Core is a progressive raiding guild on World of Warcraft\'s realm of Greymane. The guild is based on an ambitious atmosphere, where members work together to create a helpful, respectful and fun environment.\r\n\r\nWe schedule raids at 7:30pm cst (assembly begins at 7:15pm cst) and ending at 11pm cst, Mon, Tues and Wed. and expect members to maintain 80% (average 2.5 nights a week) raid attendance. If you can\'t commit to our schedule or attendance requirements, please do not apply for a raider position. \r\n\r\n\r\nWe appreciate the time you take to fill out the application. Please fill it out completely and honestly. Applications that are incomplete, that contain inconsistent information or are sloppy mean that you do not take the application seriously. We won\'t either. This is your first impression. Make it count. \r\n\r\nAn officer will be in contact with you (or respond to your post) within two days after you have submitted your app.\r\n\r\nBecause Core is a MoP raiding guild, we do not accept initiates lower than level 90.\r\n\r\nCore requires a raider to have Ventrilo and the mods: Omen/Diamond threat meter as well as Deadly Boss Mods/BigWigs. Core requires a raider to use appropriate pots/flasks/elixirs while raiding (food is provided) and the use of the appropriate enchants/gems on raiding gear. If you cannot install and/or use these minimum requirements, please do not apply.\r\n\r\nTo be ready to raid with Core, applicants will have:\r\n -- Ability to be prepared for fights. Most went away over time. I was an original member of Arabian Knights on Spirestone back in classic and ahve been on spire stone with all 7 of my toons until I came to Turalyon to play with the Gamebreaker TV people in WOW. They are very casual which is fine so I keep a few toons there in that group. This main I took to AXIOM. They are an interesting group but a great deal of drama. While not involved with any of it I felt I needed to find another group since my goal is to find a longterm 2%/20M raid team for the next EXP. AXIOM was a trial to get to know the team there and it was just not going to be enjoyable longterm there.\r\n--Current guild: NONE\r\n--What are you looking for in a guild: Nice group of people that enjoy content. No drama and friendly people.\r\n--Why do you want to join Core and what do you expect from us: Well most people look at raid times and how long a groups been around as a starting point, then add the use of a DKP system to help limit drama and the nice chat on Vent and I think it maybe a very enjoyable team to be a member of for content and raiding. It is always hard to find a good fit.\r\n--What value-add will you provide to Core and to Core\'s raid team?: I\'m rather consistent with attendance as I enjoy planning my weeks. While I don\'t think I\'m elite I do put effort into improving my game play. I\'m always happy to run my healer for alts and gearing up new people. Tanks and healers are always a nice things to have on alt runs. \r\n\r\n\r\nREFERENCES\r\n--Please list any Core members you know who will vouch for you: I did talk with Julise in vent and noted I\'m happy to make myself available via cross realm for a trial without gear. In truth Gear will come in time with raiding and right now its more about finding a group that clicks for the next exp \r\n--Are you applying with a friend? I do enjoy listening in on other groups while they raid even if I\'m not in the group simply to take it all in I do stream a little and you can normally find me streaming a Flex when helping carry some of the Gamebreaker alts RL - I\'m a Electrical Design engineer and I have (3) daughters and a lovely wife. WOW is my down time. BUT there are times when I do work late or travel. I always offer a heads up before hand on forums of schedule flux.
